This is a custom flood light setup designed specifically for mountain biking. I utilized an AllTrade Trades Pro 150 lumen COB LED work light, which I discovered at my local Menards store for just $3. The light's compact design and high lumens made it the perfect candidate to repurpose as a flood light for my mountain bike. To create a custom mount, I leveraged Fusion 360's design capabilities. I decided to keep the internal components and stock wiring intact to maintain the original functionality of the light. If you're interested in acquiring this specific light, I'd be happy to redesign the mount to accommodate a more widely available model that can be sourced online at an affordable price. To assemble the flood light, you'll need two 1/4-20 screws and two 1/4-20 nuts for the clamp action. The resulting assembly is incredibly secure, ensuring that all components remain tightly in place even during intense trail riding sessions.
