This mount allows you to install a Herrmans H-Diver LED headlamp or similar lights on bikes without fork holes, by replacing the headset spacer. Simply print this bracket with 1 shell and 30% infill at a layer height of .25mm and speed of 65mm/sec for strength and lightness. You'll need an M5 bolt slightly longer than the one provided with the light, along with a washer and nylon locking nut, both easily found in bike shops. Larger lights may require modification or extension of the arm, but avoid heavy metal lights on this mount.
