This clever contraption lets you hook up a rollerskate to a busted or blocked bicycle wheel so you can still get around somehow. Simply slip the boot into a rollerskate and then tie its laces snugly around the bike's rim - voila! It's even a bit of a laugh, considering a boot is typically used to immobilize cars, but this one actually gets your wheels turning again.
