I took my bike out for a spin yesterday when disaster struck - my lever gave way, rendering my ride useless. I figured, why not try using a 3D printer to whip up a new one? After all, it's just plastic, right? The design turned out pretty well overall, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that the edges were a bit too sharp for comfort. If I had to do it again, I'd definitely take some extra time to smooth out those rough corners on both sides of the design.
