Bike Kickstand V1
thingiverse
I designed the Bike Kickstand (Fahrradständer) specifically for my daughter's new bike. It's incredibly easy to print and assemble, requiring just four parts: 1) The outer joint should be printed with its flat side facing downwards without any support and an infill of more than 30%. 2) The inner joint is printed with support and the same minimum infill of 30%. 3) The bolt requires no support. 4) The leg also needs no support but must have a minimum infill of 30%. To assemble this kickstand, simply attach the inner joint to the outer joint and push the bolt through its hole. A hammer can be used for this purpose. Next, push the leg into the gap within the inner joint. Then, place screws into the small holes found in both joints and attach a spring if desired, especially if the print is quite tight. This kickstand fits perfectly on a 26" bike but could also be scaled up to accommodate larger bikes.
