I'm installing a bike support for my iPhone 6 Plus with a power bank and LED light that's extremely powerful. I'll add some photos of the battery and lights in action, right now it's installed on my bike. I highly recommend printing the support using ABS-Hi or Pal carbon fiber materials. For the hot support, I suggest using Light Nylon or ABS-Hi. The lock for the holder should be made from flexible material. The rest of the structure can be made from strong materials like ABS, nylon, or Pal carbon fiber. As planned, AMS is lightweight and made from carbon fiber. For the light, I'll use a DIY LED flashlight with a forward clicky switch and 17mm diameter PCB for $5.99. You can also consider using Cree XML-L2 LEDs with a white color and 10W emitter mounted on a 20mm PCB for $15.91. For the power bank, I'll use a 5V step-up power module with lithium battery charging protection and LED display USB output, available for $9.99. I'll also need some original NCR18650B sounding 18650 Li-ion batteries with 3400mAh capacity for $8.99 each.
