Update 2023-03-18:After several years of use my adapter printed in PLA split near the bolt, so it was time to print a new one. While slicing the model I thought it would be nice to be able to print it without support. So I updated the model - now it does not require support anymore :-)Update 2019-07-31:Added an adapter to attach to the original mount since my printed clamp broke.Print the adapter standing on its "nose" for best strength and minimal support.You will need two 17-18mm 3mm screws and nuts to attach the adapter to the original mount.Only read further if you don't have the original mount - otherwise i advise to use the clamp of the original mount as described above. This version works very well.Headlight mount for 32mm handlebar (just like the original), but adjusted so custom versions of adapters can be easily added.Requires 3 4mm screws, nuts and a washer for assembly.I added an adapter for Sigma Lightster with a printed pin to lock the light in place.The original mount of the light has a small plastic part which has to be bent to get the light on and off the mount. It tends to break after half a year or so.I have tested the design printed with PLA for several years now and it works very well.If you notice any problems with the mount please let me know.Sorry about the bad picture quality - didn't think about that when printing in black.
