This is a custom stem designed to replace an outdated Peugeot bike stem. It features a 22mm fork diameter and a 25-degree angle, making it compatible with 28mm handlebars. The stem has undergone several revisions to enhance its performance. Version 0.6, dated March 29, 2016, includes significant updates: the inner stem was enlarged to provide extra room for minor flex, additional support was added to strengthen the handlebar grip, and a new design was implemented using an M8 bolt. Version 0.5, released on March 27, 2016, featured further improvements: the inner stem diameter was increased to accommodate a threaded rod for the wedge, and extra support was provided for secure handlebar clamping. Version 0.4, uploaded on the same day as version 0.5, showcases the stem's original design. Printer settings were used to create this custom stem using a MakerBot printer: Brand - MakerBot; Printer Model - MakerBot Replicator; Rafts and Supports enabled for added stability and structure during printing.
