Bike Handlebar Mount Clamp Narrow Version

To reduce the size, I narrowed the original mount from approximately 30mm to 12mm wide. The Sony MP3 player holder was then secured onto my bike using this modified part, which had been designed in Tinkercad. Size 6-32 screws and nuts were employed with a 2" screw that had about 1/4" trimmed off using a Dremel. A metal curtain hook, cut to size with wire cutters, was inserted into the hinge hole by pressing it in place with pliers.
