This is a replacement handlebar end plug designed to fit bars with an inner diameter of approximately 20mm (0.78 inches). To ensure a snug fit in the bar, I recommend inserting an O-ring or some flexible filament into the channel built into the plug. I personally stretched an O-ring into the groove and trimmed the excess rubber using a razor blade to achieve a perfect fit. The design was created using Inventor software, and a file is included for your convenience. Four versions of the plug are available: one without any splits or logo embossing, one with no split but a logo embossed on it, one that is split on the side with a logo embossed, and finally, one that is also split on the side but without any logo embossing.
