Bike Handlebar Cup Holder

Bicycle Cup Holder: Secure Your Favorite Drink in Place! You'll need 2 M3x16 bolts and 2 M3 nuts to get this holder up and running. The top opening is a generous 86mm, while the bottom diameter measures about 70mm. Make sure you have enough space on your handlebars for the mounting section (latch), which is a wide 22mm. The mounting hole is 23.5mm in diameter and fits snugly onto a 22.2mm (7/8in) handlebar. To assemble, print all three pieces and glue the bottom to the top. Then, place both components around your handlebars and slide the latch into position. Secure with the M3 hardware and you're good to go! You can even use this holder without the bottom piece if you prefer. I've been using this cup holder on my bike for weeks now, with heavy drinks included, and it's still going strong! Update: September 1, 2019 I added two new uploads featuring top and bottom components that are 0.8mm thicker than the original version. The latch works seamlessly with either size. Just ensure that both parts match - either the originals or the thicker versions. If you mix them, they won't fit quite right.
