Bike Handlebar Cradle for bikepacking! Heavily inspired by the design by asotinfinkbeiner, (thank you for the inspiration) but I wanted to design my own improved version. I used one of these for a 150 mile bikepacking trip in Colorado with no issues, and have made some improvements to that cage since then- this is the latest revision. -Designed for use with 1" wide ski straps, can use anywhere from one to three. -Orient as vertical as possible on your bike for maximum strength. -Use two small strips of old bike tube per each clamp to ensure it does not spin on the handle bars. -Infill 50%, No supports needed. -35.2mm and 31.8mm diameters available. Hardware: Qty. 4 M4 x 10mm BHCS (attach Basket to Arm) Qty. 2 M4 x 25mm FHCS (attach Clamp to Arm) Qty. 2 M5 x 20mm BHCS (attach Clamp to Arm at pivot point) Qty. 2 M5 Nylock nuts Qty. 6 M4 Nylock nuts Printing is as easy as A B C: 2x Arms, 2x Baskets, & 2x Clamps.
