I'm planning to make a custom mountain bike-handlebar cap for my Felt. The handlebar is a bit thick, with a diameter of about 2 cm. I printed the design using PLA, but I think it would work even better with a more flexible plastic. It fits pretty well as it is, though! If you want a custom handlebar cap, just let me know and I can make one for you.
