To replace missing end caps on my father's mountain bike, I designed and printed custom ones with a 25mm diameter hole fit. The attached image displays a personalized version featuring his initials. Print settings include 25% infill, one shell, 0.15 layer height, 230 extruder temp, 90 mm/s feed rate, and 150 mm/s travel feed without supports or raft using MakerWare for REP 2.
