To create customized bicycle handlebar grips, gather required tools like a file, rasp, sandpaper, two hose clamps, and pliers/E-tape (optional). Print the grip part with an inner diameter of 0.73"/18.6mm. Sand and finish the interior for a snug fit on the handlebars. Slide a hose clamp onto the grip with tail facing the front tire, followed by the handlebar. Attach another hose clamp to the split compression teeth, fasten it securely without damaging the material. Check for movement and, if none, tighten the clamp tail or use E-tape.
