This bike grip is quite intricate, making it ideal for printing with double extruder and support from water soluble material. Attempting to print it with just one extruder would result in extensive support that's difficult to remove. The images provided showcase the outcome of printing through Shapeways and later painting with standard car paint, without any need for polishing. You can download two versions simultaneously - the original printed model and a slightly smaller alternative (refer to the last image featuring both). To save space, I've only uploaded the left side; simply create a mirror image for the right side. When printing at home with a resolution of 0.1mm, it's easy to mount this bike grip. However, the lengthy print time exceeds 40 hours, and I highly recommend using NYLON due to its superior temperature resistance and strength compared to other plastics. To assemble the bike grip on your handlebar, I suggest utilizing a screw with a thread diameter of 6mm and a length exceeding 40mm, along with super glue for added security. While a screw may be sufficient in some cases, others may require the extra hold provided by glue.
