This is a fender for an Adams Trail-A-Bike original one folding trailer bike. This attaches to the bottom of the down tube on the trailer bike. The bike came with 5mm screws to mount a fender. There are three pairs of mounting holes to allow for different mounting positions. There are two widths available, 50mm and 65mm. The one in the picture is 50mm wide.I made a half-lap joint at the midpoint to help join the two halves together with epoxy. There are also two screw holes to hold it together with 3mm cap screws and heat set inserts. There is a second version of the rear half without heat set inserts where you can use bare 3mm screws and have them self tap into the plastic. PrintingThis prints as two pieces to fit inside a 235mm print bed. It will print on the side edge, which may need a brim if you don't have a PEI bed.Only the area with the screw holes need to be supported.
