Bike End Cap for Handlebars
thingiverse
I bought new grips for my old "Hoo Koo E Koo" mountain bike. They came with end caps for it, but they didn't fit in the old handlebar. I printed this to cover up the end of it as nothing else seemed to fit. You can measure the handlebar and scale this to fit. Current Dimensions: Bottom (Big) Cylinder - 29cm Diameter, 3cm Tall Top (Small) Cylinder - 20cm Diameter, 8cm Tall If it doesn't fit, (and is too small) cut electrical or duct tape to be the correct width of the top circle (8cm) and layer it around until it fits with enough friction that it doesn't come out. If it's too big, sand the upper cylinder until it does. If you have any questions, feel free to comment. Thanks!
