I can get about 40-50 miles per charge when I ride on speed setting 2 most of the way. I put an aluminum tube in a hand drill to spin it to "lap in" the holes on the battery mount. I just used a rubber mallet to tap the battery mount and controller mount onto the frame. They haven't moved and I have almost 800 miles on this setup now.
