Bike Disc Brake Tab Frame Welding Jig

Bike Disc Brake Tab Frame Welding Jig

I'm designing three-dimensional print designs for bike frames and forks, specifically jigs that hold disc brake tabs in place. These jigs are critical for accurately welding the tabs onto traditional dropouts on a bicycle frame or fork. Not designed for use with thru-axle dropouts, but I'd be interested to see a remix of this design to accommodate them. After printing the jigs, I measured the hole distances and found that they were perfectly aligned. To ensure accuracy, I recommend measuring the distance between the holes after printing. Please refer to the diagram in the photos for correct measurements. To assemble the jigs, you'll need: * 2 x 12-24 bolts with a nut and washer * 1 x 10mm rear axle (bolt-on or quick-release) Important notes: * You may need to drill out the thin bottom of two holes. * The bolts and axle may require threading, but they should fit snugly.
