This cup holder is designed for regular-sized takeaway coffee cups, although it may be a bit loose on standard handlebars (22.2mm) without additional tape or rubber. However, an easy modification can make the clamp smaller to fit better. The clamp was initially made to accommodate a disposable cup but has since been switched to a keep cup with a medium (10oz) size. A cap prevents splashing, while a rubber ring keeps the cup from moving around. Design files are available in SketchUp at 1000x scale; print at 0.001x in ABS, as PLA might get too warm. Infill can be set to preference, with 40% providing good balance and 100% offering a more robust clamp. Secure the holder to the bar using 12mm M5 bolts and nuts.
