Updated to include a thing that stores a flat bar when the bak-rak is folded up. Also modified ramp hinge to print vertically. Could not find anything suitable for carrying my fat bike outside my camper van without requiring lifting further than I wanted or removing a wheel. Bought a bak-rak base and a sheet of plywood, then got creative from there. Used M8 rods, nuts, and bolts along with some 1-inch square tube for frame uprights. The plywood board also acts as a neat ramp to get things like washing machines into the van. The bak-rak can be folded vertically without the bikes and uprights on board so the van gets shorter. The fat bike is slightly longer than the van is wide, so I angled the front wheel holder. Printable things include: Wheel Stand: A thing that a wheel can stand in, which can be bolted down and a strap fed underneath. Nut Spinner: A twiddler so that you can tighten a nut without using a spanner. Bar Holder: Holds a square bar uprights with holes for a locking pin, five different bolt hole options, and two lock pin options. I found only two bolts were necessary and managed to use one of the bolts to fix to the base rak. Bar Spacer: A thing that will hold a square bar at a set distance away from something you can put a bolt through. In this case, the bak-rak headboard. End Stop: A cap for the end of a square bar. Hinge Thing: Will hold a square bar normal to an M8 rod which acts as a hinge so the bar can be dropped over the bikes to be fastened to another upright. Hinge Cap: A cap for the uprights that hold the M8 rod. Lock Down: A thing that captures the horizontal bar so it can be locked to an upright bar. Board Hinge: A thing that can be fastened to a board to allow a hinged ramp to be fastened to the carrier for when I'm carrying heavy loads. Or, if necessary in the future, for a mobility scooter. Inner nut/washer: Things that hold an M8 rod inside a square bar with an option for a captured nut. Square Ring: A stitchable square ring for attaching a rain cover to uprights.
