The press button to ding the bell on my stock no brand ⌀35mm broke so I made a new one. The end of the hammer sits at 17.8mm from the centre of the axle so it should be 0.15mm away from the bell side, not quite touching but not far enough that if it were to bend a bit with time it would end up too far. It fits on a cylindrical axle that is 24mm long and ⌀9.8mm diameter, it needs to be just tight enough that it can be rotated to place the button in reach of your thumb on the handle bars. Printed flat with supports below the part but within the hollow tube as it's unnecessary and leave some mess to clean up to make the tube clear for a nice fit. Printed at 0.1mm with additional walls rather than infill to make it more resistant and elastic.
