This mount is designed specifically for an ASP T50 21" Talon Disc Loc Baton. The material used for the lower section is ABS, which has been printed with precision. In contrast, the top portion of the mount utilizes flexible TPU. The TPU was sourced from Yoyi, purchased on Amazon. To achieve optimal results, I opted to print the bottom part with four outer layers and approximately 60% infill density. This combination provides a solid foundation while minimizing material usage. The top section, on the other hand, required more attention to detail. I printed it with four to six outer layers and around 25-30% infill density. This delicate balance ensures that the mount maintains its shape while retaining flexibility. A tie is secured to the handlebar for added stability. To prevent slipping, a rubber vacuum cleaner belt was carefully cut to size and positioned under the bottom part of the mount.
