Bike accessories holder extension / Extension de support d'accessoires pour vélo
thingiverse
My rear bicycle light was completely hidden by the toolkit that I had attached under my seat. So, I created this extension that attaches to the bicycle frame, which has a diameter of 30mm. The original version is 20cm long and the fixing parts have an angle of 180° each. However, I designed a second version that is only 16cm long with fixing parts at a 175° angle, allowing for a more secure attachment to the bicycle frame. To ensure a tight grip on the frame, the diameter of the fixing parts is 32mm, making it possible to insert a thin rubber coating. This will provide an even better hold on the frame. For printing, I recommend using at least two M3x10 screws and nuts. Print Settings: Printer: Dagoma Discovery 200 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 15% Custom Section: Additional information for printing: Brim is highly recommended. The first version of the part must be positioned diagonally due to its length exceeding 20cm. Fast printing is possible at 80mm/s, except for the first layer.
