The architect designed this structure, while I created the 3D model solely for the exterior in SketchUp and added fictional surroundings. In reality, the building has minimal open space, approximately 600-750mm, and is divided into residential (left) and commercial (right) sections. However, I'm not fond of how the balcony projections (sun shades) encroach upon the central part of the building and almost obstruct the staircase windows; I followed the plan but could have made different choices. My relative resides on the second floor.
