A custom control box for the BIGTREETECH-TFT35-V3.0 display. Found some pre-made designs online but they all lacked one thing or another - too many parts, poorly aligned buttons, and more. Design inspiration came from a couple of talented makers whose work I'd like to thank here: Tronnic's touch pen holder design, Marfor's creation, and m3hcanist's model. Check them out on Thingiverse if you're interested. To create this custom control box, I've taken some creative liberties with the original design. The front is thicker than usual to prevent the LED light from shining through the case, a problem I'd encountered before. If you prefer a slimmer case, feel free to reduce it by 1.2mm. A larger hole for the knob allows the LED light to pass through and illuminate the control. Assembly is straightforward: * Use the original screws to attach the new control box to your printer's screen. * Glue the pen holder securely to the case using superglue or double-sided tape. Feel free to modify, remake, and share your version with me! I'd love to see how it turns out. Printer settings for this design: * No supports needed - simply print it flat or at an angle. * A 0.6mm nozzle works well, but you can experiment with a 0.3mm layer height if you prefer. * Three walls and four top/bottom layers will result in a sturdy case. Note: This design should also fit the original Ender 3 screen. However, I'm experiencing some issues with Thingiverse - pictures are missing or not loading properly. I'll try to add them later.
