BigTreeTech SKR 1.4 Case

Hi there! I designed a custom case for my New SKR 1.4 Turbo printer. To keep things cool, you can install two fans - one specifically for the drivers with its own dedicated duct and 360 exhaust (50x50x15mm Blower Fan), and another standard fan (40x40x10mm). I'm currently using the stock fan that comes with my Ender-5 PowerCase. All screws used are M3, except for those on the BlowerFan, which require a 4.72mm radius screw due to the fan's fragile holes - 3/16" screws work best in this case. Feel free to experiment with M5 screws if you prefer; I've got a backup design ready if needed. To attach the case to my Ender-5 frame, I used M3 screws and T-Nuts, taking advantage of the case's multiple mounting holes. Printing was a breeze - just be sure to add support to the Fan_Duct_Merge part, printing it with the opening facing upwards. This will make things much easier.
