I am currently developing a modular mounting system for my printers, designed to integrate the mounts and covering body seamlessly onto the power supply unit. This design may not appeal to everyone, but I encourage you to take a look at it - it's a work in progress that I'm actively working on. The system incorporates standard IEC 320 C14 connectors for power and switching purposes, with both types easily screwing or snapping into place. To complete the assembly, the button lever requires some fine-tuning after printing. A simple smoothing operation on the axle followed by trimming the button end as needed should do the trick. Initially, I opted to tap two holes and mount the board directly, but this approach does involve drilling into the power supply chassis. I will soon be working on a non-drill version of the design.
