Bigtreetech S42B LCD Cover for dampened steper motors

This is a cover for the Bigtreetech S42B closed loop stepper motor. Matrice666 made a great design for the Makerbase version of this product. The Bigtreetech is newer and has a different board layout. This version is designed to be used with a motor mount damper (such as these on amazon https://www.amazon.com/BIQU-Stepper-Vibration-Dampers-Printer/dp/B07GWN6V89/ ). The rear cover attaches to the two unused screw holes on the drive spindle side of the motor. This provides a way to attach the front cover to the motor. The LCD is attached to the front cover and there are some small button extension pegs to allow the use of the buttons on the S42b board without having to take it apart.
