BigTreeTech HDMI5 Side Mount for Ender 3 S1

Remixed an Elegoo model I found here on Printables to support the Ender 3 S1, but also to add 4 point mounting holes (which was missing from the original model) and a different style of display mounting bracket.   I had to completely rebuild the models in Fusion 360 but giving credit where it's due.   Please let me know if you find any issues.PLEASE POST A MAKE if you don't mind.  :)   Thank you!Notes:  On the standard mount, the clearance between the bed and the HDMI5 screen is about 5mm (pretty close) but you shouldn't have an issue if using standard 235x235 build sheets.  If this is a problem, give the alternative mounting arm a try. The standard bracket which mounts this all to the printer was taken from this model here, which I think was very nicely done (hence the inclusion).  Kudos to that designer!  https://www.printables.com/model/419433-pitft50-v2-vertical-display-mount-ender-3-s1-pro/commentsHardware:1 - M4x40 screw1 - M4 nut4 - M3x8 screws4 - M3x8 countersunk screws
