Needed a way to mount a BTT 2 in 1 out hotend to a Geeetech chassis. Will fill in additional info as testing continues. Shout out other designers as I used some original designs and tweaked them to adapt to this mount. Original duct designed by VietQuocNguyen https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3404381 Need to acknowledge RedAngel1984 as I chopped up his design to utilize the mount portion and dimensions. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3277217 Also, to FlintLocke for the fan cover design as I think it brings it all together and really the reason I am so devoted to using 40mm radial fans for cooling. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2505568 This mount is a direct bolt on design to replace the original hotend of the Geeetech A10M and all machines utilizing the same mount or hotend. I also know of some that are frustrated with their triple extruder issues and may want to upgrade to either a mixing or non-mixing hotend from Bigtreetech. So far, I have been testing in PLA with no issue. If need be, I will update if a more robust material is needed. I have not designed as of yet to be used with a BLTouch/3Dtouch system but in the future may adjust that. If anyone wants to modify this one in the meantime, feel free. Printed parts: Mount 4hrs @ 60mm/s Ducts 3+hrs @ 60mm/s Cover What you will need: 4x M3 x 12mm : for mounting the ducts on the side. 2x M3 x 10mm : for mounting the upper side of the mount to carriage. Front to Back 2x M4/5 x 10mm : for mounting the lower portion of mount to carriage. Back to Front 2x M3 x 25mm : for mounting the hotend to the mount. Back to Front (see Picture) 12x M3 x 16mm : for mounting fans and covers to mount and ducts. (please let me know if I am missing something and need to update) (I'm having issue getting the holes at the proper size to auto thread. You may have to drill some out and or fill some in slightly to secure the screws) Any modification you perform is your responsibility. You need to do your own due diligence on clearances and proper venting based on your individual needs. I am not responsible for tuning and or further specific design changes outside of requests. Proper knowledge outside of small guidance is on you. Be careful as this design has tight tolerances in regards to fit and if your printer is not correctly calibrated, you may need to trim and adjust to get proper fit. I have uploaded the files to print as is with no additional orientation but confirm based on your own settings. "Don't be a dummy cut towards your buddy" (Never cut or trim towards yourself). With that said, I hope you enjoy.
