Bigscreen Beyond frame to add light blocker foam / leather (gasket replacement)

Remixed Sporky's (from Bigscreen Beyond discord) gasket frame to allow to glue on foam or leather (or some other comfortable 1mm thick material) light blockers to the printed frame. The leather I used is a five dollar piece of leather from Michael's that is 3.5 x 9 inches and is very soft. (Specifically the product called ArtMinds Genuine Leather Trim Piece that was $5.49) Cut it with an x-acto knife in the shape shown in the images to tuck it into the channels of the frame and super glue it on after it was in place. I also left a foldable tab in the material to tuck around the middle part which blocks light from the usb-c connector clearance areas. You'll need to use 3x1mm magnets and superglue to them to the frame. I have included images of the relative size cutout I used for my face shape.I ended up with that shape based on tracing the sides of the custom bigscreen beyond gasket. You might have to play with the size of the fabric cutouts on the exterior side to fit your face better in order to block all light.Skynet was also nice in providing his leather cut out template he used (cut out template pdf in the files).Notice I left some extra material hanging out around the nose to help block light over the nose.Print settings: Printed with normal supports with gasket facing down on bed. Tought to remove the supports from the magnet install holes, but this provides smooth channels to insert the light blocking fabric/foam into.
