Bigscreen Beyond BMR Off-ear Audio Strap

Here's a list of the materials you'll need to make this:Materials (links below):Tectonic TEBM35C10-4 BMR 2" Full-Range Speaker 4 OhmBoboVR headpad (this is just what I had but there may be other options out there)Qudelix-5k usb dac amp28 gauge 2 conductor silicone wire3.5mm audio plugHook and Loop Strips3/4" Elastic Stretch Band3M Scotch Industrial double-sided foam tape5 min EpoxyA bunch of little screws (see hardware diagram in images)There are supports in 4 little spots that I couldn't avoid. Also I'm using "fuzzy skin" modifier on the ends of the strap piece to improve glue adhesion when gluing down the stretch band. I've included my custom EQ settings to properly tune them in for this use case.
