Bigger Z-axis stabilizer bracket

Bigger Z-axis stabilizer bracket

thingiverse

Bigger bracket attaches to table and supports Z-axis at a 90° angle, keeping it stable. Holes are designed for M4 screws with 10mm OD washers. This part can be printed on a 200x200 mm bed, but only just; ensure your bed is properly aligned since the print size is extremely close to 200x200 mm. Update: As of February 14, 2017, I noticed that the screw holes were not aligned in the same way on both ends, so I updated the STL file and also made the attachment flange slightly thicker. Another update: On February 23, 2017, I added another version with a sideways support for even more stability; however, this version requires some supports to print properly. Print Settings: Printer: Tevo Tarantula i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25 Notes: 3 perimeters are suggested when using a 0.4mm nozzle for maximum rigidity.
