For 8/32 Hex Bit thumb wheel grub screws, try larger "caps". I've included STL files for one-piece and four-piece caps. Press the screw into a printed cap, possibly tapping with a hammer. If desired, seal with ABS glue. Print in ABS 1.75mm on a RepRap Prusa Mendel i2 with Slic3r 0.9.10b. Recommend four-piece printing for best results.
