Bigbox Heated Bed Supports
thingiverse
The Bigbox heated bed is a 300x200 bed backed with cork and supported by sturdy corners. Although it sags slightly towards the middle, these are designed to provide support at three strategic positions underneath the center of the bed. When fully closed, the bolt measures 22mm in length. The bed itself sits about 25mm away from the platform below, but this distance can vary depending on how you level the corner spacers. You can adjust the height by unscrewing it slightly to fit your needs; it should easily support as low as 22mm or as high as 28mm. Printing at 100% is not recommended as it can cause excessive strain in the part, leading to warping. This is not a high-stress requirement; we're simply pushing the bottom of the heated bed up to the glass in the center. You may print at a finer resolution if you prefer, but this is a hidden component and your choice.
