Big Yellow Push Block Clone Version 2
thingiverse
This is version 2 of a clone of that popular Big Yellow Push Block for table saws. It is designed to print with no supports. The models are already oriented in the direction that they can be printed. The first one used metric fasteners. This one uses imperial since they are a lot cheaper in North America than metric. **Note**: I have not printed this yet. Once I do I will make any necessary adjustments and upload the changes. It requires: 4 1/4" x 3/4" bolts 2 1/4" x 20 x 3/4" screws 8 1/4" x 20 nuts 4 #8 x 32 x 5/8" machine screws 2 1/4" toilet bolts You will need some sort of rubber to attach to the bottom of each foot. This time I found a rubber with a sticky back on Amazon: [Sponge Neoprene W/Adhesive 12in Wide X 1/8in Thick X 54in Long](https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07ST4BQDT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) Note that there is only one model for the hand tightening knobs. Don't forget to print 6 of them. The large flat model, called LargePlatform.3mf, is not required for basic use of the push block. If you decide not to use it then you will need 2 less knobs and 2 less 1/4" nuts and no toilet bolts.
