I created a custom design for my wife using wood filament, scaling up the original object by two times due to its small size. To ensure successful printing, I divided the bowl into four equal parts using Meshmixer software. Each quadrant required careful orientation on the print plate, with the edge aligned to one of the corners. Printing wood filament demands patience and precision; I maintained a steady pace at 35mm/s to prevent any issues. The entire process took approximately 22.5 hours per quadrant. Additionally, I had to generate support structures specifically for the spiral component of this intricate design.
