Big Whoop 160mm 4S polycarbonate
pinshape
Here is one of my latest Ultimaker Polycarbonate prototypes. I've been experimenting with the rest of the material, and I think I've come up with a great design for a "drawer bottom". A 160mm Quadcopter equipped with 79mm CW & CCW turbines has been my primary focus lately. The propellers I'm using are from Banggood, specifically this 68mm CW 89mm 5-blade propeller for EDF units: http://www.banggood.com/68mm-CW-89mm-5-Blades-CWCCW-Propeller-For-EDF-Unit-p-1095039.html?p=LD020411878172015024. The motor I've chosen is a Brushless 2212 4S 1400KV, available from Encorerc: http://www.encorerc.com/outlaw-power-1/. To control the Quadcopter, I'm using a Quad ESC 4X30Amp from Racerstar: http://www.banggood.com/Racerstar-RS30Ax4-V2-30A-BLheli_S-BB2-2-6S-4-in-1-ESC-Support-Oneshot42-Multishot-for-FPV-Racer-p-1083189.html?p=LD020411878172015024. The Flight Controller is an Upgrade NAZE32 F3 from Banggood: http://www.banggood.com/Upgrade-NAZE32-F3-Flight-Controller-Acro-6-DOF-Deluxe-10-DOF-for-Multirotor-Racing-p-1010232.html?p=LD020411878172015024. For the receiver, I'm using a ppm DSMX Lemon RX. The VTX part and feet are made of Nijaflex.
