Big Spool Roller for 14" Diameter Filament Spools
thingiverse
Updated 6/6/2016: Deepened the nut sockets that interface with the 1" pipe holes to allow for full clearance, making it easier to assemble. I printed a couple of these parts but found that the washers on hand weren't quite the right size. It seemed like a simple fix to add some standoffs to support the center of the bearings. After a 12-step program to convert this from Geomagic Design to a step file, I managed to import it into OnShape and make the necessary changes. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: Shell thickness and top and bottom thickness: 1.5 mm Layer Height 0.25 mm Initial layer 0.425 mm Initial layer line width 125% Dual extrusion overlap 0.15 mm Printed with a brim, although it's probably not necessary.
