Big Shoulder Support on 3/4" Iron Pipe
thingiverse
I use 3/4" Iron Pipe (the kind used for gas lines here in the US) to hang my motorcycle helmet and tracksuit. I came across this IKEA hanger hack and thought it would be perfect for my full body tracksuit as it is heavy and I've always worried that the leather would stretch at the spot where the suit touches the pipe. I removed the hanger slots for the model can crated a hole for the pipe. The hole is very tight as printed and requires you to turn the pipe to get it in. Sort of like the hole was threaded and you were using the threads on the pipe to position it. If you want it a bit looser then up the scale by 1-2%. Printed in about 8 hrs with the settings I used. Looks great, very sturdy and light weight. Actual pics coming soon.
