A large centrifugal fan powered by a CPU fan (92mm) is designed to maximize performance. To get the most power out of this fan, it's essential to have the CPU fan take in as much current as possible - the more amps it draws, the better. My setup pulls 0.54A. Individual components make up this fan: * The housing, where the 92mm fan is mounted. * The rotor, which sits on top of the fan. * The pipe, directing airflow. * The bearing holder, securing a small ball bearing that protects against the CPU fan. * The lid seals the entire fan. Assembly involves several steps. First, remove all rotor blades from the CPU fan and clean them thoroughly with sandpaper or a similar tool. Next, match the diameter of the CPU fan to the hole in the rotor. I rebuilt my setup and adjusted it while running using sandpaper. Now, glue the rotor from the CPU fan together with the printed rotor. Then, insert the whole assembly into the housing. Next, glue the ball bearing into the bearing holder and secure it inside the rotor. If you have alternative ball bearings, consider sharing them in the comments or through a message - I might be able to create a customized bearing holder for your use. After that, attach the tube to the housing. Be cautious: make sure the rotation direction is correct; otherwise, the fan won't work properly. The tube should be longer than the rotor to ensure proper operation. Finally, screw an M3 x 20mm countersunk head screw with a nut into the center of the cover and then glue it in place on the pipe.
