Big Ole Buck

Once upon a time, a large buck ventured into my bait pile. It eagerly consumed apples, corn, pumpkins, sugar beets, carrots, squirrels and licked salt. I observed the animal for some time before deciding to feed myself. Consequently, I shot it, and, in an ironic twist, enjoyed a meal derived from the very creature that had once caused me harm as a baby.
