All components were fabricated using my Ultimaker at 0.10mm layer thickness with 105% extrusion rate for enhanced print quality. Some parts require assembly as they are sliced in two and need to be secured together with glue (front faces). The enclosure is designed to conceal all fasteners and exposed edges, utilizing 1-2mm screws sourced from ATX mainboards or computer towers, which fit securely. A smartphone-inspired power system featuring a Samsung SDI Li-Ion battery cell and micro USB 5V charging circuit was also implemented, along with forwarding the SD card slot to the front panel. The hardware configuration is similar to the Adafruit Automator (Raspberry Pi, 2.8" PiTFT display, various buttons, and a thumbstick).
