Big House 3D model

This is the actual full-scale model of Big House. Originally built using Cinema 4D R12 software. Also included are versions in other formats - 3ds, fbx. This model features 27,846 polygons and 25,305 vertices. Its mesh is high-quality, with smooth edge flow that provides a professional look. The geometry has been thoroughly tested to eliminate any issues with holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons. Despite being low-poly, this model's geometry can be easily expanded or modified to add additional details or make other edits. All objects of similar types are instances, making it easy to switch out or replace them as needed. A shell modifier is applied but disabled on glass objects for optimal rendering performance. The scene objects are carefully organized into separate layers. All preview images were rendered using the latest version of Cinema 4D software - R18. This model includes Standard materials that provide a realistic and versatile appearance.
