The original adjustment screws are too tiny and very hard to turn by hand. These accessories are mounted around the original screws to greatly improve them. The "NEW" version features a collar that permanently secures the accessories in place. To fix it, you need to heat the inside of the plastic accessory to soften it and attach it to the screw securely.
