Big hollow tree stump
sketchfab
A towering Macrocarpa tree stump in Cornwall Park, Auckland, New Zealand stands as a burnt out giant, its massive presence drawing visitors to the spot known as the fairy house. Abundant evidence of fairy activity can be seen within the stump's hollowed interior - tiny droppings scattered about, likely left behind by mischievous fairies or perhaps more plausibly by inquisitive sheep that roam the area. A 3D model of this iconic landmark was generated using photogrammetry software, 3DF Zephyr v4.353, which expertly processed 48 images to create a precise digital replica of the tree stump's intricate details and textures.
