3D printing in PLA of the rim for 120mm big wheel rc plane Beaver dhc, the rim is made up of two pieces to be screwed, the tolerances are excellent to avoid sticking them, the tyre is made from 45mm thick packaging foam with a 120mm of diameter, it's up to you to finish the edges, to make cutting easier I also designed a hand cutter for cutting to be used with little pressure to avoid making the wheel oval.I have done several flights and they are excellent, they cushion impacts very well.
