This is my open project for a big dog feeding system, which involves several key components. Key components include: 1x PVC T joint element with 48mm inside diameter & 66mm outside diameter. 1x Nema 17 stepper motor. 1x Arduino Uno board. 1x RTC time module like DS3231, but I also experimented with the DS1307 and other models to keep accurate timing for years to come, and prevent Arduino rollover of variables for time. 1x Stepper Driver: I used a UI robot driver model UIM24002, but you can use any other type as long as it is at least 1.6A for the most common Nema17 motor. 1x 3d printed Auger that fits inside the PVC T joint. 1x 3d printed PVC lid and Nema 17 motor support. 1x M4 nut & bolt. 3x small fixation screws like M3's to fix the motor holder on the PVC pipe. The program for feeding the dog at three time intervals is included in the attached zip file.
